Professor Young-Ok Lee of Kyung Hee University, Korea, won the Best

Paper Award in the International Conference on Communication and Media 2008 (i-Com'08).

Sponsored by Utara University, Malaysia, the meeting had a conference theme, "Communication and Media: Contemporary Roles and Challenges".. Dr. Lee's paper, entitled "Is Time a Person or a Beast?: Different Perceptions of Time in Korean and English," was selected out of 176 competing papers from communication scholars around the world.
