    Form 1: ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION FORM is attached.

    Each prospective participant of the 7th Biennial PACA Conference in Kuala Lumpur is asked to renew his/her annual membership by e-mailing Form 1 with the annual membership fee (US$ 30 for the year 2009) to our current president Dr. Myung Seok Park, or by paying the fee in cash or check at the time of registration at the conference site with a completed Form 1.

    9. Registration Deadline: October 15, 2008.

    Form 2: CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FORM is attached. Fill out and e-mail the registration form to our new PACA President and Secretary General for the term 2009-2011.

    10. Registration fees:

    For Annual Membership: US$ 30.00 per person (for 2009)

    For Conference: US$ 50.00 per person

    For Banquet: US$ 50.00 per person

    1. Places for the Post-Conference Study Tour:

    3 days and 2 nights in Kelantan. We'll take a coach ride through a scenic countryside of East Coasts of Peninsular Malaysia. Amongst the highlights are the Makyung-a traditional performance listed under UNESCO Heritage; the second largest Buddha statue in Asia; the oldest mosque in the country; kite making; silver smith; batik factory; songket weaving; China town; Sino-Malay architecture; etc. The excursion will be an unforgettable one and in line with the conference theme.     12. Fees for the Post-Conference Study Tour:

    US$ 400.00 per person includes (1)coach ride from Kuala Lumpur to Kelantan and back, (2)all the visits, (3)meals throughout the excursion, and (4)accommodation in Kelantan.
